| 摘 要： | 文章从提高化工专业应用型人才培养质量入手,分析了目前存在的问题,提出构建科学合理的应用型人才培养课程体系、加强"双师型"师资队伍建设和强化学生工程技能训练、进行教学方法改革、变被动学习为主动学习等教学改革,是提高化工专业应用型人才培养质量的关键。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of applied talents in chemical engineering major,this paper analyzes the intractable problem of talents′ cultivation.Taking the cultivation of undergraduate students into account,it will be the key and most effective teaching mode if these promising measures are taken,such as designing scientific and useful curriculum for applied talents,consolidating the introduction of teachers who are competent for engineering and teaching,the reform of teaching method and the change of passive learning to positive in colleges.As a result,the education quality for cultivating undergraduate students will be effectively improved. |
