| 摘 要： | 高职院校中药学专业顶岗实习环节是高职院校人才培养方案的重要组成部分,顶岗实习效果直接影响人才培养目标的实现。目前高职院校中药学专业顶岗实习标准存在顶岗实习内容要求不严、实习管理职责不明确、考核体系松散等问题,难以有效保障顶岗实习效果。高职院校应在顶岗实习内容、实习管理、实习考核等方面建立适合本校实际情况的顶岗实习标准,保证顶岗实习效果,实现人才培养目标。

| Abstract: | Internship is an important part of the talent training scheme in the higher vocational colleges to TCM specialty, the effects directly affect the goal of personnel training.At present,the internship standards and content is not strict, management responsibilities are not clear and the assessment is too loose, it is diffcult to safeguard the internship effect.In the internship,internship management and internship content assessment for the actual situation for school intership standard to ensure the effects and to realize the goal of cultivation talents. |
