| 摘 要： | 体育强调人们亲自参加锻炼 ,并成为日常生活不可分割的一部分。培养人们对体育的兴趣、爱好 ,养成体育锻炼的习惯是衡量体育教学成果的一个重要标志。忽视培养学生对体育活动的兴趣和养成锻炼的习惯就不可能奠定学生终生体育的基础 ,这一点在体育教学中要引起足够的重视

| Abstract: | Sports emphasize that people should participate in doing exercises in person and become an inalienable part of daily life. Cultivating a love of sports and forming habit of physical training are an important sign of sports teaching achievement.Students participating in sports for life will not be estaltished if ignoring the cultivation of student's interests in sports and the habit of doing exercises. Enaugh attention should be paid to sports teaching. |
