我国科技奖励制度运行的心理学机制

摘    要:人的行为都是在某种动机策动下为了达到某个目标的目的性活动。从心理学上解释科技奖励制度的运行,就可以把科技奖励制度看作是一种符合和满足人们心理的激励机制。文章分析了马斯洛"需求理论"、弗鲁姆"期望理论"、赫茨伯格"双因素理论"等西方激励理论在我国科技奖励制度运行中的作用机制,阐明了其对调动科技人员积极性和自主性,以实现科技创新的积极意义。

Abstract:Human's behavior is motivated by a certain goal to achieve a certain purpose. To explain the operation of science and technology award system from the aspect of psychology, we can regard science and technology award system as a psychological incentive system to meet people's needs. We analyze the operation mechanism of Maslow's " needs theory", Vroom' s " expectancy theory", Herzberg's "two-factor theory" and other Western motivation theories in Chinese science and technology award system. These theories play great roles in the mobilization of the enthusiasm and autonomy of scientific and technical personnel who major in achieving scientific and technological innovation.
