| 摘 要： | 构建特色城市关键在于"特",切入点在于"城市文化"。在当代城市化加速发展的新形势下,六盘水要突破城市特色危机,构建特色城市,客观上要求增强"凉都"城市文化建设的自觉自信,凸显"凉都"城市发展的文化特色,研究采取相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The construction of a city of characteristics should pay special attention to its peculiarities.And the key point is the culture of the city.In the new situation of accelerating modern city development,Liupanshui city should do something to enrich the city characteristics.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary for us to keep trying with our efforts to persist in cultural construction under the conception of summer resort city,and highlight the cultural characteristics of the city.Therefore,some proper countermeasures ought to be taken in the process. |
