| Abstract: | Unilateral Accessory is subjected to great controversy on the theoretical and practical plane of criminal law.The author preliminarily probes into the establishment of unilateral accessory,unilateral accessory of omission and the relationship between unilateral accessory and indirect guilt in this thesis.Meanwhile,the author suggests some relevant provisions of unilateral accessory should be added in the general principles of criminal law in order to fit in with the needs of judicial practice. |
