| 摘 要： | 随着中国对外贸易特别是出口的持续稳定增长,中国正面临着进入贸易摩擦多发期,遭反倾销指控的案件数量逐渐增多、涉案金额持续上升、涉及产品领域不断扩大、涉及国别面有所扩展的严峻形势。这是中国对外贸易持续稳定发展所面临的一个重大挑战。

| Abstract: | With the steady development of exporting trade , China is facing up to coming to a difficult period when trade conflict happens frequently, the number of anti-dumping cases is increasing, the amount of money involved increases. gradually. The fields involved products become wider and wider, and difficult situation involving many countries appears. It is a big challenge that China has to face to keep a steady, continuous development. This paper will draw a conclusion of the characteristics of anti-dumping according to the present situation in order to deeply analyse the background and cause, and put forward the tactics of our struggle against the dump. |
