| 摘 要： | 人为的报刊分等,身份歧视,约稿限制,地域歧视,研究局限,经济因素等原因,使得偏远地区地方高校教师发表论文困难。需要从改变学术评价,争取各级科研项目,提高自己的科研能力和办好本校学报等多面进行改进,努力提高稿件的采用率。

| Abstract: | The causes that lead to the difficulties in the publication of the academic thesis of the teachers of local colleges in the romofe districts are the unreasonable classification of the jornals,prejudice of the authors,limitation of the papers,regional prejudice,limitation of research,and economic reasons.The paper argues that we should do much in the respective aspects to impove the work in order to make a change. |
