| 摘 要： | 粤港澳大湾区建设是实现区域城市群的协同发展,提高区域城市群国际竞争综合实力的重要战略决策。体育培训机构肩负着体育人才培养的重要使命,是提高体育人才质量,夯实体育人力资源基础,推动体育事业全面发展的重要保障。研究以共建共治共享理念为导向,以粤港澳大湾区建设为背景,从竞技体育、群众体育、学校体育、体育产业、体育文化以及公共体育服务等方面,论述了构建粤港澳大湾区体育培训机构协同发展机制的社会价值,对协同发展机制的基本结构进行解析,并提出了相应的发展对策,以期为提高粤港澳大湾区体育人才的整体水平,推动新时代下粤港澳大湾区体育事业的全面发展,提供必要的借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | The construction of big bay area in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is an important strategic decision to realize the coordinated development of regional urban agglomeration and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional urban agglomeration.Sports training institutions shoulder the important mission of training sports talents,which is an important guarantee for improving the quality of sports talents,consolidating the human resources foundation of physical education and promoting the all-round development of sports undertakings.Guided by the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and taking the construction of Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao as the background,this study discussed the social value of constructing the mechanism of cooperative development of sports training institutions in Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao from the aspects of competitive sports,mass sports,school sports,sports industry,Sports culture and public sports services,and analyzed the basic structure of the mechanism of cooperative development,and put forward some suggestions.Corresponding development countermeasures,in order to improve the overall level of sports talents in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District,and promote the comprehensive development of sports undertakings in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District in the new era,provide the necessary reference and reference. |
