| 摘 要： | 在篮球运动技战术的运用及比赛的全过程中，处处充满了篮球运动的节奏。能否正确而深刻理解篮球运动的节奏，并运用节奏变化来争取主动权．是一个球队实力的反应，也是一个球队是否成熟的标志。因此，要培养一名优秀的篮球运动员，建设一支具有高超技战术水平的篮球队，必须重视篮球运动的节奏性的训练。
