| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,时海南省大学生的社会健康状况及社会健康与体育锻炼的关系进行了研究.结果显示:海南省大学生的社会健康水平在性别、专业、年级、来源方面存在一定的差异;海南省大学生体育锻炼的运动量与其社会健康水平呈低度的正相关关系.该结果提示我们要重视海南省大学生的社会健康状况,在体育教学中应特别注意营造友好、和谐的课堂氛围,采取有效的教学手段和方法培养大学生的社会适应能力,提高大学生的社会健康水平.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,these authors studies the relation of social health condition with sports training of the university students in Hainan province.The results show that there are some differences in sex,speciality,grade and source for social health level of Hainan university students.There is a low positive correlation between the quantity of movement and social health level.These results indicate us to pay great attention to social health condition... |
