| 摘 要： | 结合当代独生子女大学生在体育课中暴露出来的问题，通过献资料法和实证研究，从理论上探讨了体力活动，勤劳的定义和现实意义，发现独生子女大学生在体育教学中存在着轻视体力活动、青睐娱乐性轻体育内容的现象；体育教育有利于对独生子女大学生的勤劳教育和品德教育。

| Abstract: | Bonding the problems which exposed in the sports class of only_child's university student of our time, using ways of documents and materials and positive research, we study the physical exertion and hard working's definitions and reality significance We find that only_child's university student despise physical exertion and like the recreational light sports content Sports teaching is beneficial to laborious education and moral character education of only_child's university student |
