| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会为体育院系发展提供了良好机遇。但高校体育院系毕业生就业状况却与社会上巨大的体育人才需求形成了鲜明反差。通过调查研究，分析了目前我国体育人才培养中存在的主要问题，并根据我国社会、经济发展和体育事业发展的需要，结合体育专业人才培养的现状，提出了在全面建设小康社会进程中“复合型”体育人才(是指既能胜任体育教师、教练员、社会体育指导员、医疗保健医生诸职业的体育全能型人才)培养模式。

| Abstract: | The construction of the moderately well off society provided opportunities for the development of institutes and departments of physical education.But apparent contrast existed between the present situations of graduates and lack of athletic talent in the society.The authors analyzed the main problems being in the athletic talent training at present by investigation,put forward the training pattern of athletic talent of multiple abilities(refer to people who were competent for P.E teachers?coaches?social sports instructors?medical and health doctors and so on)in the process of construction of moderately well_off society. |
