| 摘 要： | 本实验研究了中药方剂“还元煎”对运动训练大鼠细胞免疫机能的影响 ,结果表明 :单纯训练组 (T)大鼠血红蛋白明显下降 ,白细胞总数增多 ;与对照组 (C)比较 ,单纯训练组大鼠脾细胞对ConaA或LPS诱导的增殖能力都明显下降 ,P值分别小于 0 0 1和 0 0 0 1 ;而运动训练结合灌服中药“还元煎”组 (T +M) ,无论大鼠一般状况还是脾细胞增殖能力 ,与单纯训练组相比 ,都有一定的改善 ,说明“还元煎”在提高机体细胞免疫功能 ,改善机体整体功能方面都起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of "huanyuanjian"on splenocyte proliferative response to ConA or LPS in trained rats were investigated.Results showed that:(1)in T rats the Hb was decreased significantly,WBC were increased.(2)Compared with the C group ,the T rats experienced a decreased splenocyte proliferative response induced by ConA or LPS(p<0.01 P<0.001).(3)Meanwhile,both the general states and the splenocyte proliferative response in the T+M group were higher than those in the T group,which indicated that"huanyuanjian" may play an active role in enhancing the cellular immune function and improving the general function state. |
