| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,体育社会公平实现的实质是体育社会资源得到恰当分配,人们在体育方面的利益得到妥善协调,利益格局重新得到稳定.体育的市场化改革,极大改变了原有体制下体育资源使用"只求效果,不问效益"的情况,体育社会公平实现得以可能.但在市场化过程中,体育领域出现新的利益集团,威胁体育的社会公平.需要通过制度创新、完善体育法规体系强调非正式制度建设等途径来保障体育社会公平的实现.

| Abstract: | Under the condition of market economy,the essence of the sport social justice is the suitable distribution of social resources,the coordination of people's sport interests and the stability of pattern.The paper points out three important points to realize the sport social justice:(1) to innovate the sport system;(2) perfect the sport law system,ruled the market by law instead of official;(3) pay attention to the unofficial system construction. |
