| 摘 要： | 以资源配置理论为视角,运用文献资料法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国体育资源的配置现状、成因及其发展进行分析和讨论。提出遵循资源配置的自然规律是前提、以资源配置的社会规则为导向、实施体育资源的循环利用。实现以计划机制为主向以市场机制为主的体育资源配置方式的转变,实现从粗放型到集约式的体育资源配置方法,改革和完善举国体制。

| Abstract: | Based on resource allocation theory, this paper aims to study the situation, the
origin and development of sports resource allocation in our country by the method of
literature, data statistics and logical analysis. It proposed allocation of resources
following the natural law is a prerequisite for social rules to guide the allocation of
resources to implement the recycling of sports resources. The aim is to achieve the change
of planned mechanism to market-based mechanism, extensive to intensive sports resource
allocation, and to reform and improve the whole nation system. |
