| 摘 要： | 客家文化属于古中原文化、移民文化、多元文化、山区文化.客家休闲体育文化深受客家文化的影响,它与客家人的生产、生活环境及传统意识形态有密切关系.而且表现出鲜明的地域性、包容开放性、宗教民俗性、生产实用性、团结协作性、健身娱乐性、趣味性与竞争性等特色.根据起源、内容和形式等的不同.当前客家休闲体育大致可以分为民间传统体育和近现代体育两大类.
