| 摘 要： | 用献资料等方法对经纪人和体育经纪人的概念及体育经纪人应具备的基本素质进行了论述，对国际体育经纪人的发展状况进行了简单的回顾，在论述我国体育经纪人发展现状的同时，指出了在市场经济体制下，我国体育经纪人存在的必要性，以及发展我国体育经纪人的一些对策，旨在为培养造就我国的职业体育经纪人提供一点素材。
