| Abstract: | Entrusted by the National Athletic Sports Committee,Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education had held four times of post train class for the national middle-rarked swimming coaches ever since 1992.In order to sum up the experience,to carry out the gist of the relevent documents of the committee,to make the training class accord with the swimming coaches' actural situation and to improve their ability,this essay has done much research on the present situation and characteristics of the students in the class as well as the training content and form,and the teaching and test method,so that it can provide basis to help improve the training work and the training quality. |
