| 摘 要： | “健康第一”是学校教育中重要的指导思想。它是以正确的健康理念、科学的健康价值观为基础的;“健康第一”的贯彻．必须以观念的更新为先导。以营造良好的氛围、促进学生对健康积极的追求和养护为主要内容．以造就大批体魄健壮、生命力旺盛、素质全面的社会主义建设人才为目的,协调好各个方面的关系。学校体育思想和“健康第一”思想是高度融合的,学校体育在“健康第一”思想的贯彻中可以、也必须发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Health is the first thing .it is the important guiding ideology in the education of the school. It is based on the correct health theory and scientific and healthy standpoint of value. To carry out " health is the first thing ", we must put the renewal of the idea as a guide and construct a good atmosphere in order to promote the students to seek and maintain the health positively. Its main point is to bring up much physique healthy, vigorous vitality and overall quality's person of ability in the social building and coordinate the relation in every area. The idea of sports in school and "health is the first thing "are mixed very well, and sports in the school must elaborate an important action in the implement of the idea. |
