| 摘 要： | 通过录像资料、调查访问、数理统计等方法对第四届世界健美操锦标赛技术和成绩进行了统计与分析 ,结果表明 ,当今世界健美操运动开展非常普及 ,技术发展快 ,水平高。我国健美操运动居世界中下水平 ,在编排、难度、完成情况等方面与世界先进水平都存在着一定的距离。
