| 摘 要： | 分析了中国羽毛球队近10年来取得的成绩,总结了成功经验,指出:举国体制、合理的管理机制和积极探索制胜规律,是中国羽毛球队近10年来打翻身仗的主要原因。而新赛制已在很大程度上削弱了中国羽毛球队的传统优势,为了保持中国羽毛球队在世界羽坛的持续领先,必须进一步加强对新赛制竞赛规律的研究,强化教练员岗位培训制度,依靠量化指标,狠抓训练细节,并大力提倡运动员“用心训练、自主训练”。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the achievement of Chinese badminton in recent ten years,and summarized the experience of success and pointes out the Whole nation system;reasonable management mechanism and exploring competition rule actively were the main reasons of the Chinese's success.Now,the traditional superiority of Chinese are weakening by new competition law,in order to keep ahead in the world,Chinese badminton team should enhance the studying of the new competition rule,strengthen the education system of the coach,think much of the training detail,and advocate" cannily training,independent training". |
