| 摘 要： | 教学内容和课程体系的改革是教学改革的重点和难点，而在普通高校体育课程教学课程改革的实践中，这两项内容本身不能摆脱教师本身、体育设施资源与学校行政管理这三方面的束缚。体育教育改革是一个复杂的系统工程，需要各部门通力协作。沐育师资是保证体育教学质量的重要因素，体育场地、器材是体育教学改革的有力保证，也是顺利完成教学任务的前提条件，而学校行政管理效率是改革能否顺利进行的关键之一。对制约高校体育课程改革的主导因素进行解析，并提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | It is important and difficult to reform the content of courses and curriculum system. But in the practice of transformation of physical education, teachers, sports equipment and college administration can not be neglected. Education reform of College PE Courses is a systematic project, and needs all the department concerned cooperating.Teaching staff is an important factor to ensure the quality of PE curriculum; sport equipment is the guarantedd of PE transformation and a prerequisite to the teaching tusk; college administration is the crux of the successful reform.This paper analyses the leading factors affecting the education reform of College PE courses and proposes appropriate measures. |
