| 摘 要： | 对残障人体育现状进行了分析,提出了发展残障人体育的思路,建议摆正残障人体育的地位,提高对残障人体育的认识;营造良好的社会环境,提高残障人受教育水平;深化政府职能,提高残障人经济收入;积极改善运动场地、器材等硬件设施条件,开展社区体育;注重体育运动对残障人康复的重要作用。

| Abstract: | This author,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of sport of the disabled,puts forward some suggestion: enhancing about cognition of sport of the disabled under re-orientating sport of the disabled;improving the educational level of the disabled under building perfect social environments;increasing incomes of the disabled under deepening governmental function;improving sport facilities and developing community sport;paying attention to the important function of sport on recover of the disabled. |
