| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、实地调查、问卷调查法和访谈法,以我国青少年体育俱乐部为对象,对我国青少年体育俱乐部的产生背景、开展活动及会员情况、法律地位与组织机构、人力资源与场地设施状况以及财务状况多方面的运行现状进行了分析研究。研究认为:目前我国青少年体育俱乐部从创建到现在的发展规模,以及俱乐部在运行过程中存在的许多问题还需要改进。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,investigation,questionnaires and interview,the author makes study on the youth sport clubs in China.It examines the developing status quo,such as the activities,members,law status,personnel resources and so on.Through the research,the author finds some problems of the youth sport clubs that need to be improved,and gives some positive advice.The author believes this research can help the youth sport clubs develop smoothly,healthy and rapidly. |
