| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较法、综合归纳法等对民族传统体育与全民健身活动的融合及当代民族传统体育的发展契机进行深入探讨。以《全民健身计划纲要》颁布11周年为视角,审视休闲时代背景下民族传统体育对全民健身计划实施的作用及现实价值。透析全民健身活动与民族传统体育之间相互促进、协调的关系,旨在为民族传统体育更好地融入大众健身活动提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of comparison,synthesis induction and documentary,the author makes an exploration thoroughly on the inosculation of the nationality traditional games with national exercise,and the development chance of the nationality traditional games.This paper takes a perspective of the compendium printing for 11 years,surveys the functions and value of nationality traditional games to national exercise under the backgrounds of leisure epochs,and analyzes its mutual promotion and harmonious relationship,aiming to provide some references for traditional games inosculate perfectly to national exercise. |
