摘    要:随着大数据时代的来临,用数据说话才是评判优劣的主流依据.2014年WCBA开始实施运动员体能与技术测试达标要求.通过对2014年和2015年282人次WCBA运动员体能与技术测试成绩的分析,结果表明:WCBA队伍运动员普遍年轻,与2014年世界女篮锦标赛前四名球队相比有5~6岁的差距,差距较为明显.从身高特征看,WCBA队伍组队思路向高大化发展,队员平均身高与2014年世界女篮锦标赛前四名国家队水平相当.2015年测试成绩较2014年有一定的提高,运动员投篮能力不强、上肢力量较弱的短板较为突出.把握项目特征,注重体能训练指导;结合专项特点,突出投篮技术练习;建立数据体系,客观评价机能状态,是提高我国高水平女子篮球运动员竞技能力的关键所在.

Test and Evaluation of Physical Fitness and Skills of High Level Female Basketball Athlete in China
Abstract:As the trend of Big Data, data has become the main basis for judging the quality. Since 2014, WCBA began to implementthe requirements of physical fitness and technical testing standards. Based on theanalysis of 282 WCBA athletes physical and technical test result in 2014 and 2015, the results show that theathletes of WCBA team are generally young, and compared to the top four teams of the 2014 world women''s basketball team championship have the difference of 5 to 6 years old, which gap more obvious. Fromheight characteristics, the development mentality ofWCBA team is to be higher, and the team average height and the 2014 world women''s basketball team championship level top four team.Compared with 2014, the test scores of 2015 have improved.However, it is obvious that the athlete shooting ability is not strong, and upper body strength is weak. Grasping of the features of the project, paying attention to physical training guidance, outstanding shooting on the characteristics of the technology practice, build the data system, and objective evaluationfunctional is the key to improve the high level female basketball athletes competitive abilityin our country.
