| 摘 要： | 中国手球运动从上个世纪80年代开展的十分红火到如今中国手球运动发展已是举步维艰.通过文献资料、数理统计、专家访谈等方法,对中国手球运动发展中的制约因素进行调查研究,发现国内手球运动群众基础、全国手球赛事数量、国家队比赛成绩、教练员、体育教师业务能力、队伍梯队建设、运动员招生与就业等因素制约中国手球运动的发展,并针对以上制约因素,提出相应对策.

| Abstract: | Chinese handball is booming in the 80''s of last century, but now it is having a difficult time.Byreviewing literature, adopting mathematical statistic method, and interviewing different experts, this paper aims to investigate the constraints related to the handball development in China. It is found out that handball development has been restricted by various factors in China, such as the domestic mass base of the sport, the amount of sports events within the country, the national team''s results in matches, the professional proficiency of coaches and PE teachers, the echelon building, as well as athlete recruitment and employment, etc.,Inview of the above factors, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
