| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计、分析等多种研究方法，对CUBA中国大学生篮球联赛参赛队伍培养的影响因素进行分析。结果表明：影响CUBA联赛参赛队伍培养的主因子有：(1)人才因子；(2)领导体制因子；(3)高校训练管理因子：(4)竞赛体制因子；(5)物质保障因子；(6)运动队训练因子。并通过分析提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Based on survey, data analysis and logical analysis, this article pays a special attention to the factors influencing the teams to be fostered in CUBA.The results showed that the influencing factors included: talent, leadership system, training and managing, contest system, support, team training.At the same time, the author provided some proposals. |
