| 摘 要： | 《国家体育锻炼标准》在中小学实施近50年后，面临着全面的改革。这个改革的方向无疑与在学校实施《国家体育锻炼标准》的实践效果有关，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法，揭示了《国家体育锻炼标准》在学校实施过程的问题所在；预测新的学生体育锻炼制度应具有的性质和功能；并对其与教学的关系进行了展望。
