| 摘 要： | 本文通过国际奥委会对环保的新认识,以及它相应制定的各项环保政策和措施的阐述：通过对近几届“绿色奥运会”成功举办的经验的剖析;分析一些国家申办奥运会失利的教训,以及北京为申办2008年奥运会所采取的一系列环保行动的计划,综合论述环保与奥运会密不可分的关系。

| Abstract: | Through the understanding of the connection between the Olympics and environment and the explanation of the establishing of different environmental protection ploicies and measures, the pa- per focus on the experience of the successful opening of the last few "Green Olympics". By analyzing the disadvantage of some countries' applying for the opening of the Olympics and a series of environ- mental protection plans for the opening of the Olympics in 2008 in Beijing, the essay stresses the rela- tionship between the environment and the Olympics. |
