篮球运动供能特征及体能训练研究

摘    要:篮球运动属于三个能量系统都参与能量供应的混合供能运动。篮球运动需要不断重复短时间、高强度的运动,它与无氧供能系统关系更为密切。平衡的膳食、适当的休息和合理的体能训练能够加快身体的恢复、修复和体能的补充。篮球运动体能训练的准备一般包括一般性热身运动、伸展运动及放松运动3个环节。伸展运动包括静力性和动力性伸展运动。篮球运动体能训练应依据如下原则:全面性原则、循序渐进原则、针对性原则、适量负荷原则、恢复性原则。要想成为技术全面的高水平运动员,必须重视体能训练的方方面面。

Abstract:There are three energy systems participate in the mixture energy supply of basketball.Basketball needs repeat short period and intense burst of activities continuously,and it is being closer with non-aerobics energy supply system.On condition that balanced meals,appropriate rest and rational physical fitness training to be able to accelerate body's recovering,renovation and the complement of physical fitness.Generally speaking,basketball physical fitness training consists of 3 sections that warming-up,stretching and relaxation.Stretching consists of static stretching and dynamic stretching.Basketball physical fitness training should follow the principles as below: comprehensiveness principle,advance gradually in proper sequence principle,pertinence principle;appropriate amount load principle;recovering principle.to be an all-round high level basketball athlete,you must take physical fitness training overall seriously.
