摘    要:中国是全球康复辅具产品需求人数最多、市场潜力最大的国家。近年来,中国康复辅具产业的迅速发展带来了产业布局分散、产品特色不突出、协同创新能力弱、康复理念相对滞后等问题。探究我国健康产业园区发展模式是现阶段丰富健康产业发展理论和促进健康产业生态化发展的必由之路。通过介绍美、日、英三国健康产业园的经典案例,借鉴其经验,探究“福建省连江海峡康复辅具园”的发展模式、发展策略和政策制定,为工业4.0时代背景下康复辅具产业园建设提供参考。

Abstract:China is the country with the largest demand of rehabilitation aid products and the greatest market potential in the world. The recent rapid development of the rehabilitation aid and assistive device industry brings some problems such as the randomness of the size and site of related industrial zones, weakness in collaborative innovation, lack of prominent features and renewed rehabilitation concept. By introducing typical cases from the US, Japan and the UK, a development pattern is developed for Fujian Provincial Rehabilitation Aids Industrial Park, its development strategy and government policy making so that it can shed light on Fujian provincial projects, but also on national and/or international projects in this field.
