| 摘 要： | 阳光体育运动是我国政府针对当前青少年体质水平下滑而采取的一种健康干预活动,对全社会形成科学的教育观、人才观具有重要意义.为了保证阳光体育运动的落实,必须以<国家学生体质健康标准>为依据和目标,建立强有力的监督体系.具体表现为:首先在制度上要制定切实可行的阳光体育实施方案;同时,教育行政主管部门应设立专门的职能部门,对所属各类学校的阳光体育运动进行有效的指导和监督落实;最后,各级各类学校应成为阳光体育运动监督的主体,建立起以体育能力和体质健康为双要素的学生体育成绩监督体系.
