| 摘 要： | 高度和速度是篮球运动的基本要素。二者的发展不仅对现代篮球运动发展的技术、战术、原则等方面的变化都产生了巨大的影响，而且仍然是现代篮球运动发展的趋势。本文论述了高度和速度在不同历史时期发展的主要特征，以及对篮球运动各方面因素的影响。阐述了我国篮球运动必须在顺应高度和速度发展的趋势同时，结合自身的传统和优势，加强训练，才能跻身于世界强队之列。
