| 摘 要： | 基于新时代社会主要矛盾的变化，分析了体育与娱乐融合发展的理论依据、现实需要与价值逻辑，探讨了体育与娱乐融合发展的现存问题，并有针对性地提出了对策。现存问题是：资源配置市场化水平不高；相关工作机制和支持平台缺失；专业化人才支撑不足；政策法规体系不完善。发展对策是：以改革释放体育资源活力；建立完善相关工作机制和支持平台；积极培养体育娱乐融合的专业化人才；出台促进体育娱乐融合发展的政策法规。

Research on the Integration of Sports and Entertainment under the Background of the Transformation of the Main Contradictions in the New Era |

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the changes of major contradictions in the new era; it analyzes the theoretical basis, realistic need and value logic of the integration development of sports and entertainment. It explores the existing problems of the integration of sports and entertainment, the countermeasures are put forward. The existing problems are: the market level of resource allocation is not high; lack of relevant working mechanism and support platform; the support of professional talents is insufficient; the system of policy and regulation is not perfect. The development countermeasures are as follows: to release the vitality of sports resources by reform; establish and improve the relevant working mechanism and support platform; actively cultivate professional talents with sports entertainment integration; promulgated policies and regulations to promote the development and integration of sports and entertainment. |
