武术教育对“留守儿童”身心成长的影响研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法及比较法对茂名化州市林尘镇武馆和化州市武术协会王家拳培训中心的部分留守儿童在武术训练前后的心理、学习及行为进行对比研究,结果表明武术训练结合武德教育、行为习惯培养及心理辅助等方式,对降低学生的压抑感、孤独感和自卑感,减少逆反和仇恨心理,锻炼胆量、提高自信心,改善学生不良行为习惯等方面效果显著。因此“武术进校园”应重视农村中小学这一特殊群体,相关部门应为留守儿童提供更多的武术教育资源。

The Study on the Influence of Wushu Education on the Physical and Mental Development of the Left-behind Children

Abstract:To improve the status quo, and create a good environment for the growth of left-behind children, using the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and comparative method in Maoming Huazhou City, Lin Chen Zhen and martial arts Huazhou Wushu Association Wang boxing training center part of left-behind children in martial arts training before and after psychological, learning and behavior research, the study finds that the combination of morality, habits and psychological support of Wushu training, it reduces the students'' sense of depression, loneliness and inferiority and the sense of oppression. It encourages the students to be self-confident. The educational function of martial arts is very important for youth education. "Martial arts into the campus in rural primary and secondary schools should be made as early as possible. Concentrating left-behind children boarding education significance of rural primary and middle schools should provide more martial arts competitions, for rural students'' exam promotion and performance opportunities and more Wushu education for the left-behind children.
