| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析法对我国30个少数民族自治州的公共体育服务效率进行评价。研究结果表明30个少数民族自治州的公共体育服务总体效率偏低，存在投入冗余和产出不足现象，未在最优规模报酬下进行公共体育服务事业建设。在此结论基础上提出了：转变政府职能，构建公共体育服务体系；公共体育服务供给侧结构改革；完善财政转移支付制度，实现人才配置和资源倾斜；打破行政区域设置，整合服务资源；保证资金投入规模，做好公共体育服务规划等五项改进策略。以期为提高我国少数民族地区公共体育服务效率，提升公共体育服务水平，提供理论支持和实践依据。

| Abstract: | Using the data envelopment analysis, the paper evaluated the efficiency of public sports service of the minority region. The research shows the public sports service efficiency is not good. Based on the research results, it proposed the strategies: change the functions of government, construct the public sports service system; promote the reform of the supply side of public sports services; improve the financial transfer payment system to realize the allocation of talent and resources tilt; break the administrative regional settings, the integrate the service resources; ensure the scale of capital investment and do well the planning of public sports service. It can improve the efficiency of public sports service in minority areas, raise the level of public sports service, and provide theoretical support and practical basis. |
