| 摘 要： | 构建全民健身体系，提高国民健康素质，不断满足广大人民群众日益增长的体育化需要是全面建设小康社会的重要内容．实现小康社会的体育发展目标，必须有体育人才的支撑．研究表明，全面建设小康社会所需体育人才的专业门类将扩大：对体育人才的需求在数量上呈增长趋势；对体育人才的素质、层次要求更高；体育人才的服务领域将突破传统体育范畴。

| Abstract: | Constructing civil exercise system.improving civil health quality and fulfilling the masses'need about physical culture are the important content for building a well-off society in an all-round wab.There mast be sports talents' support for achieving the aim of physical development in a well-off society.According to researches.the predictable demand for sports to build a well-off society is the fields which need sports talents will enlarge . the quantity of sports talents will increase . the requirement for sports'quality and stratification will be hihher. the service territory of sports talents will break the traditional physical range. |
