运动对男性生殖系统功能的影响及其变化机制

摘    要:近年来有关运动对男性生殖系统的影响引起较多关注。现有证据表明短时间急性运动可引起睾酮水平升高 ,但长时间急性运动可致睾酮下降 ;中小强度慢性运动通常对男性生殖系统无明显影响 ,而大强度慢性运动则可引起生殖系统轻度异常 ,包括静息睾酮下降、精液质量改变。此外本文对生殖系统变化的机制也进行了简要综述

Abstract:Attention was paid to the effect of exercise on male reproductive system in recent years Evidence now suggest that an acute-term exercise results in rise in testosterone codcentration,but a prolonged acute exercise does decline;a chornic submaxmial usually has no effects on the male reproductive system,but a chonicmaximal exercise can result in the mile degree of reproductive system abnormalties,including reduced levels of testosterone,altered sperm characteristies Futheremore,the potential mechanism for male reproductive system changes is also briefly reviewed
