| 摘 要： | 针对中等职业学校教学现状的分析,提出体育教学应从解放思想,更新观念,充实教学内容,改进教学方法,完善成绩评价体系与加强课外体育活动管理等环节,对体育教学实施全方位的改革,以利于提高学生的综合素质和能力,促进学生终身体育意识的形成。
