| 摘 要： | 采用献法、调查法、访谈法对广东全省82个青少年体育俱乐部的现状进行调查，结果显示：俱乐部自创建以来，在组织青少年开展日常体育活动、举办冬夏令营、比赛交流和体育培训等方面发挥了重要作用，同时也发现了存在的不足，在此基础上，提出对策建议，为今后俱乐部的创建工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | the methods of literature and investigation,analysis research was made on82youth sports clubs in Guang-dong province with the aim of pushing forward the development and reformation of them.The result turned out that the clubs have been playing a important role in organizing youngsters to take part in daily sports activities,holding winter and summer camps,matching,communicating and sports training since they were set up.But meantime,short-ages were also been found existing.Based on the analysis,the research provides some countermeasures and sugges-tions for reference. |
