| 摘 要： | 业余体校学生作为业余运动员这样一个特殊群体，承担着要大于普通学校学生运动损伤的风险，却不能享受像专业运动动员一样的医疗和保险服务，他们训练中发生运动损害后，尽管能够选择的救济途径较多，但是都存在着实际困难，针对这些实际问题，建议相关制度的完善，有利于保障业余运动员的合法权利。

| Abstract: | Amateur Sports School students as a special group of amateur athletes, are responsible for greater risk of sports injury than students in ordinary schools. But they cannot enjoy the same the medical and insurance services as professional athletes. When they occurred sports injuries during training, they may have different ways to protect their rights, but there are many practical difficulties. To solve these problems, we should make suggestions to improve the related system. Only in this way, we can help amateur athletes to protect their rights. |
