| 摘 要： | 以我国竞技健美操难度动作体系的变化与规则的发展为研究基础,结合成套动作形式的法则与现代竞技健美操运动的特征,进行了新旧规则的逻辑分析。结果表明:规则内容的变更直接影响着健美操难度动作体系的发展,而健美操的发展则对规则的进一步完善产生了巨大的推动作用,两者间存在着互动机制。研究、分析新规则与难度动作体系的互动机制,有利于提高我国竞技健美操水平的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the changes of the competitive Aerobics difficult movements system and development of its rules in china,this paper makes a logic analysis of its old rules and new rules,combines the principle of the whole set action and the characteristics of modern competitive Aerobics.Results of this study indicate that the development of competitive Aerobics movement system is affected by rules content.Meanwhile,the development of the competitive Aerobics will greatly promote the competitive rules more and more to achieve perfect level,and there is interaction mechanism between them.To study and analysis the interact mechanism between the new rules and difficult movement system will help for improving the development of competitive Aerobics in our country. |
