| 摘 要： | 十二五规划纲要明确提出要大力发展健身休闲体育,在这一契机下,休闲体育必将成为现代人休闲活动的首选。通过休闲体育与和谐社会以人为本的本质,分析了休闲体育在促进社会和谐发展中的重要性,并针对当前休闲体育发展的瓶颈问题,提出了未来休闲体育的发展对策,旨在抓住契机为和谐社会下休闲体育的发展寻求一种出路。
