| 摘 要： | 为了提高中国足球队科学训练的水平，通过两年来对中国足球队训练进行随队跟踪、调查防问、分析比较、指标测试、实验对比等方法进行探讨。结果为：中国国家足球队在近两年的时间里，备战与参加１９９７年世界杯外围赛划分为五个阶段，使训练周期科学化；在技战术上，应用世界先进足球理论指导，实施现代打法；运动科学监控手段控制训练负荷，运用科学手段进行训练恢复、使整个训练过程科学化，系统化。 |

| Abstract: | In order to raise the standard of soccer scientific training,the authors studied the all players of national soccer team during their 2 years training for World Cup qualifiers in 1997 The study methods are following the tracks;investigative interview,analytical comparison,target test,practicality comparison The 2 years preparation is divided 5 phases The tactics and technique follow the advanced theory of the world Using scientific methods to supervise the load and the regain of the training The conclusion of this article is that the preparation for World Cup is scientific and systematize |
