| 摘 要： | 目前有关网球拍球落点的训练方面的研究比较少。为使网球拍球的落点的训练法趋向合理，满足实战要求，在网球教学训练实践中，探索出网球拍球3点落点训练法，并进行了教学实验。实验结果显示：网球拍球3点落点训练法在提高学生网球拍球的基本技术、回球落点的准确性、战术意识、实践能力等方面优于常规教法。

| Abstract: | The training method in tennis driving to three points of fall is explored in the tennis teaching and training practice.Experiment has also been taken in the teaching practice.The experiment shows that the method is not only better than general training method in improving the students' basic techniques of driving,accuracy of driving back the ball to the exact point of fall,tacties consciouseness and practical ability,but also possesses the advantages in simpleness,novelty and practicality. |
