| 摘 要： | 通过建立高校体育素质测诚信博弈模型，就教师主体责任对大学生体育素质测评诚信影响进行了实证研究。结果表明，影响大学生体育素质测评诚信的主要原因是学生自评、互评、早操及课外活动测评的不良后果和高校教师的主体责任。创建了教师主体责任意识与大学生体育诚信素养之间的联系，并在此基础上建立博弈架构的模型，这是以教师是否注重责任导向还是利益导向为基础的。就博弈模型理论分析而言，未落实主体责任，教师监督选择将从利益最大化向成本最小化转变，纳什均衡从作弊、不严格监督向不作弊、严格监考改变。最后提出落实高校教师主体责任提高学生体育素质测评诚信，包括落实高校教师在体育素质测评过程中的主体责任，降低大学生体育素质测评诚信问题的负面作用，提供大学生诚信价值观教育的主体力量及良好基础性条件。

An Empirical Study on Influence of Teachers' Main Responsibility on Integrity of College Students' Physical Quality Evaluation |

| Abstract: | Through the establishment of the game model of measuring the honesty and
credit of college physical education quality, this paper makes an empirical study
on the influence of teachers'' main responsibility on the honesty and credit of
College Students'' physical education quality evaluation. The results show that the
main reason that affects the integrity of College Students'' physical quality
evaluation is that the integrity of physical quality evaluation is the bad
consequence of students'' self-evaluation, mutual evaluation, morning exercises and
extracurricular activities evaluation and the main responsibility of college
teachers. According to the responsibility oriented and benefit oriented, the game
model is established to analyze the influence of the teacher''s main responsibility
on the integrity of College Students'' physical quality evaluation. As far as the
theoretical analysis of the game model is concerned, without the implementation of
the main responsibility, the choice of teacher supervision will change from the
maximization of interests to the minimization of costs, and the Nash equilibrium
will change from cheating, not strict supervision to not cheating and strict
supervision. At last, the paper puts forward that the main responsibility of
university teachers should be implemented to improve the integrity of students''
physical quality evaluation, including the main responsibility of university
teachers in the process of physical quality evaluation, reduce the negative effect
of the problem of the integrity of College Students'' physical quality evaluation,
and provide the main strength and good basic conditions for the education of
College Students'' values of integrity. |
