| 摘 要： | 以构建宁波市全民健身基本公共服务质量评价体系为目标，对全民健身基本公共服务质量评价构成要素进行深入研究。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、AHP法、德尔斐法等，公共体育设施质量、公共体育服务质量、健身环境质量、附属体育设施质量以及群众健身服务人员质量构成宁波市全民健身基本公共服务评价体系，5种构成要素相互交叉、联系,共同影响着宁波市全民健身基本公共服务的发展；最后构建了宁波市全民健身基本公共服务质量评价体系——包括1个一级指标、5个二级指标、32个三级指标。

| Abstract: | In order to construct the evaluation system of basic public service
quality of national fitness in Ningbo, this paper makes an in-depth study on the
elements of basic public service quality evaluation of national fitness. By using
the methods of literature, questionnaire, AHP and Delphi, we find the following
five elements affect the development of the basic public service of national
fitness in Ningbo: public sports facilities quality, public sports service
quality, fitness environment quality, affiliated sports facilities quality and
mass fitness service personnel quality. Finally, we construct the evaluation
system of Ningbo''s basic public service quality of national fitness, which
includes one first-level index, five second-level indexes and 32 third-level
indexes |
