| 摘 要： | 健康中国战略是学校体育治理的基本遵循与动力，学校体育是健康中国战略的必要路径与举措。在健康中国战略观照下，我国学校体育治理面临诸多困境，体现在：1）政策缺憾与执行偏差；2）课改失语以及价值冲突；3）发展封闭与地位边缘；4）资源匮乏与文化堕距。出路是：完善政策体系，强化政策执行力；促进学校体育社会化，增强发展活力；深化课程改革，促进体育健康融合；丰富体育资源供给，夯实发展基础。

| Abstract: | The Healthy China Strategy is the basic motivation and guidance for School Sports management. The School Sports is a necessary path and measure for Healthy China Strategy. Under the perspective of the Healthy China Strategy, Our School Sports management faces many difficulties. It is reflected in: 1) policy deficiencies and implementation deviations;2) aphasia and conflict of value in curriculum reform;3) the closure of development and the marginalization of status;4) lack of resources and cultural distance. The way out is: Improving the policy system and strengthen the execution of policies; Promoting the socialization of School Sports and enhancing the vitality of development; Deepening curriculum reform and promoting the integration of sports and health; Enriching the supply of sports resources and lay a solid foundation for development. |
